Vimpelkullen is a family-owned property company managing over 290 apartments in Trollhättan, Vänersborg and Gothenburg. We believe in long-term ownership, active management and close relationships with our tenants.
Our apartments range from studios to five-room apartments with kitchen. We continuously renovate and upgrade our properties to offer modern and comfortable living. Trollhättan is our largest city with 232 apartments, primarily in the Fridhem area.
In Vänersborg we have 51 apartments in the Linden and Flädern areas, centrally located with walking distance to amenities. In Gothenburg, we offer 7 apartments in the classic Vallgraven property by the canal.
We also have offices, warehouses and commercial spaces in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Trollhättan and Vänersborg.
