Organisation

Vimpelkullen is a family-owned property company with a small, dedicated team that works closely together and with our tenants. We believe in long-term thinking, personal commitment and that every property deserves care.

How we work

Our values

Long-term thinking

We buy properties to keep them. Our family ownership gives us the freedom to think in generations rather than quarters.

Closeness

As a small team, we are always reachable. Our tenants know who they are talking to — and we know who they are.

Care

We carefully renovate, actively maintain and invest in the future of our properties. Every building has a story worth preserving.
