The former shipyard, founded in the 1870s, has been transformed into a vibrant innovation hub where creative companies, tech firms and innovative businesses share unique premises with industrial character.
Vimpelkullen owns and manages eight properties in Finnboda with a total rentable area of approximately 9,000 square metres. Each building has its own history and character, from the heritage-listed Spantverkstaden to Svarta Ladan and the restaurant building by the quay.

The old shipyard's dining hall. Built in 1928, fully renovated in 2014. Today used for school and office operations.
