Conversion of a single-family villa into three exclusive cooperative apartments in one of Stockholm's most sought-after areas. The project was managed from acquisition and preliminary approval through to a completed housing cooperative.
Vikingshill Manor Houses
Saltsjö-Boo, Nacka
Two existing buildings were demolished and replaced with twelve unique cooperative apartments in manor-house style. The entire process from demolition and new construction to forming the housing cooperative and sales.
