Friday cake at the office — and we have good reasons to celebrate! 🎂
Yesterday we received a positive planning decision from Nacka Municipality for our project in Finnboda! This means we can continue with plans for approximately 40 new apartments, 5–7 stories high, and up to 6000 square meters GFA, with ground floors offering more services and activity to the area.
We are particularly proud of the broad political support and that the project preserves Finnboda's unique character — the market hall from 1942 remains, the natural landscape and oak trees in the north are left untouched, and the walking paths are preserved.
We also want to take this opportunity to thank Arkitektfirman Andreas Martin-Löf Arkitekter AB for very good collaboration.
More apartments, more accessible green spaces, better services — with respect for the place's history.
