Vimpelkullen Fastigheter has applied during spring to establish a guest pier with fixed buoys outside Finnboda Harbor Restaurant.
✔️ The building permit office at @Nacka municipality has already approved the project.
⏳ We are now just waiting for the green light from the Environmental Office regarding beach protection exemption.

A vibrant quayside – more visitors benefit restaurants, services and workplaces in the area.
Safe & orderly mooring – fixed buoys reduce congestion and separate leisure boats from commuter boat traffic.
Environmental benefits in practice – modern buoy systems minimally disturb the seabed and function as biotope for plants and small animals.
Electrification on the way – we are investigating fast charging for electric boats ⚡️; electric motor manufacturer @Zparq AB moved into one of the properties further along the quay in April.
Clear environmental profile – the new pier will be another step in our strategy for sustainable place development and reduced climate impact.
