Vimpelkullen continues to develop our properties in Finnboda for the long term. We have now submitted an application for planning permission for Sicklaön 37:78.
The plan is to preserve the culturally and historically significant building Markan while simultaneously creating new building rights for up to 90 apartments and 3–4 commercial spaces on the ground floor.
